Step Up For Students Scholarships

Lakeside Christian School accepts the Step Up For Students Scholarships to help cover cost of school tuitions and their Learning Solutions Programs. Step Up For Students Scholarships were started in 1997 to help provide educational options for low-income families. It began as a privately funded program allowing an eligible family the opportunity to send their children to the qualifying private school of their choice. In 2001, the State legislature created the Corporate Tax Credit Scholarship Program that continues to fund the Step Up For Students Scholarships Program for over 17,000 Florida children. Step Up For Students Scholarships are not tuition vouchers but are privately funded. To visit the Step Up For Students Scholarships website for more information and an application, click here.
